Any laboratory personnel who are responsible for the management or operation of a laboratory that is certified to ISO 17025 should attend ISO 17025 Awareness Training. This includes managers, supervisors, and technical staff. Personnel who are not responsible for laboratory management or operation may also find the training useful, as it provides an overview of the requirements of ISO 17025 and how they can contribute to a compliant QMS.
