There could be various reasons for HP printer not printing color. To resolve the issue, check your printer settings on the picture you want to print. If it is setup in Grayscale Mode, it will only print black and white. Also, change the setting to default so it can print in color. If everything is fine with the settings, then there are chances that the cartridge needs to be primed. So this way you can make your printer print in color.
